Breakfast was amazing. Beach club was fabulous. Staff so happy and friendly and helpful. Loved the bus beach shuttle as well.

The pool and the size of the room were amazing for families. My kids also enjoyed the kids club and buffet. Location is so good with restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, shops around. Would like to say a special thank you to Tika and Chip at Kids Club for taking care of our kids and making them feel safe. Special thank you to Nyoman and Anggu at the Square restaurant for being so attentive to us.

The kids' center and staff were incredible throughout our stay, the reception staff were super helpful and the pool/beach facilities were convenient and great for travel with a toddler.

Indha and her team, they were awesome (6 stars for them) also as i checked in i was taken once side and i loved the personal touch that i'm a VIP and could correspond by Whatsapp.

Great and spacious hotel, very well maintained lawns which creates a great naturalistic ambience. Rooms are in good condition (bed is extremely comfortable) and there’s a volleyball net & basketball hoop in one of the pools. Food is delicious and there’s a range of food options (sweet & savoury). The beach club part of the hotel is very nice and relatively quiet and there’s a shuttle bus to take guests there every 15 minutes. Also a hotel provided shuttle to Bali Collection which is full of restaurants and shops!

We have stayed here 4 times over 12 years. It's a great place to stay but needs a little TLC ( upgrade needed) rooms are more than adequate and spacious. Showers are a little left of centre and that the design doesn't work (water goes everywhere) but works when you get past the worry of splashing everywhere. Very friendly staff and only to eager to help. Great buffet breakfast with a great choice (If they don't have it just ask). Pool area still the same and garden surrounds are great.

Incredible resort. Offers everything and more.we spent Nyepi eve (ogoh ogoh Festivus) and Nyepi day here. They made the most incredible experience for the kids to immerse in the culture and be part of the parade around the resort. We and the children will never forget. After many visits to Bali, it's our second time in a row at this resort and won't be the last.

I stayed in the 2 bed room apartment for 5 nights with my family. Few things which me and my family enjoyed the most: 1. Property is walking distance from a local market which becomes very handy to get day to day stuff, laundry, ATM, supermarket, Cafe, bar. 2. Pool was very good with small separate area for kids. We enjoyed a lot at the pool 3. Staff was very humble. 4. Room was spacious.
